Responsibilities:
1,Under HR Manager direction, provides administrative support for human resources operations, including job posting, interview arrangement, C&B process and etc...
2,Responsible for providing assistance including personnel data input, candidates pool management, coordination and etc.
3,Responsible for administrative assistance including business trip schedule arrangement, visitors reception & assistant and etc...
4,Daily HR & Admin routing works.
Requirements:
1,Fluent in English speaking, listening, writing, CET 4 or above;
2,College or above;
3,Working independently, having strategic thinking, willing to involve in daily HR operation matters;
4,Familiar with Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook express;
5,Related experience in office administrative support is better;
6,Good team player, logic;
