Mission of Function
Support of Daily Service business through highly competitive service administrating in the aim of achieving high customer satisfaction with high efficiency,high quality and low cost.

Responsibility:
1. Monitor & Execute service request
2. Control and manage the inventory stock
3. Daily administration working including purchasing, documentation,logistic,expense,etc
4. Service Quality Reporting

Knowledge/Languages:
Excellent command of the English language, written and oral skills

Experience:
1 year secretarial working experience

Capabilities:
1. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. and general business computer skills
2. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communications skills essential
3. Ability to prioritize and multi-task
4. Customer Focus & Service Mind

Location:
Songjiang (shuttle bus between company and Xinzhuang subway station)
