工作描述
管理指定区域或指定客户的销售，达成销售目标并确保销售基础工作的执行。
1. 拜访客户，通过有效的销售活动完成销售目标，
2. 管理各种渠道（批发、连锁、超市）来扩展产品的分销，
3. 按公司要求做好各项销售基础工作（分销、陈列、价格、单品、收款等）

 

 

任职要求
- 本科学历，学士以上学位
- 熟练的英语口语和写作
- 能力要求：创新，计划 / 设定优先次序，分析 / 决策，以结果为导向，有效沟通，团队合作精神

 

 

培训计划
入职后您将接受为期约 6 个月的实地锻炼和培训，包括：
岗位轮换：通过在不同的零售环境（批发、连锁、超市）的工作，熟悉各种环境下的销售实践和客户管理；
实地培训：通过实地锻炼， 掌握销售基础工作，学习销售技巧和客户管理；
课堂培训：销售技巧系列培训
辅导：    专门指派的经验丰富的经理作为导师

 

 

培训期满后，您将接受评估，依据您的表现和经验来决定是否提升您为客户经理。

 

 

工作地点
培训期后将结合公司业务需要和您的个人意愿确定您的工作地点。作为一名销售人员，流动性是必需的。
