-To prepare and input accounting entries for payment and monitor expenses payment which approval are adequate.
-To monitor General Ledger of China branches and main ratios as required by PBO

-Prepare all International Reports/Import Declaration required by SAFE precisely & timely
-Execute BOP on
-line reporting precisely & timely
-Execute all daily, 10
-days, monthly, quarterly reports required by SAFE
-Process daily Foreign Exchange Rates to SAFE precisely & timely
-Check Authenticated List of Import Clients regularly, report any changes to the management timelyRequirements:
-Strong planning and time management skills and ability to work under pressure to ensure strict external reporting deadlines are met
-Excellent communication skills (English & Chinese)
-Knowledge of AS/400 and Personal Computer software and security features.
-Familiar with PBOC/SAFE regulations
