This full
-time position is to provide general sourcing and purchasing services, focusing in the Toy and Electronics industries. The individual will work directly with the Account Managers located overseas and will report directly to the Managing Director China.Objectives and Responsibilities:
-Source and establish a supplier base for each arm of the Construction Material Division that can meet the quality, price and delivery terms pre
-established by PTS Standards
-Qualify, select and recommend appropriate suppliers in terms of pre
-established factors by PTS such as their financial status, product development and innovation capacity, etc
-Strong negotiations skills to meet the pricing and payment terms requirement to meet the project objective
-Plan, oversee and coordinate all necessary actions with our freight forward team to secure timely delivery of goods according to the project requirements
-Maintain and update the supplier database with qualified suppliers
-Control and measure current suppliers performance and report the necessary step that must be taken to improve their performance
-Be on top of all problems that my come up in the supply chain to have timely solutions in order not to cause quality, price or delivery modifications
-Conduct supplier visit to evaluate their overall manufacturing capabilities, procedures and social awareness issuesThe successful candidates will posses the following:

-University Degree
-Very Good English skills
