-Be responsible for the reception of calling and visitors
-Reservation of hotel, tickets, taxis, restaurant and manage the contracts with the suppliers
-Receive and send all post
-Purchase of office supplies (stationary, furniture and drink…)
-Keep the right status of office (clean, furniture is good…)
-Arrange meetings (coordinate meeting room, set up video conference, phone meeting…)
-Fill in monthly account report about office expenses (tel. fee, mobile phone fee…)
-Support CEO for some detailed services (organise the calendar, inform and remind the meeting time or issues, order the dinner…)
-Take care of the security of office (the entrant, locking of the door…)
-Help to apply for permit/certificate (permit to Hong Kong/Macao, work permit for expatriates, visa application…)
-Help to do some HR related assistance work (inform the candidate for interviews, check the employees’ annual and sick holidays)Requirements:
-college degree or higher
-At least 1 year experience of office administrative experience in multi
-national companies.
-Good communication & organization skills
-High motivation, target oriented
-Very fluent in English
-Very skillful in MS office software.
