Description： * Contribute to the mechanical design and development of new iDEN subscriber handsets and improve designs of current generation of hand held iDEN radio products.
* Utilize best in class tools to develop innovative solutions to design challenges. Identify design issues and determine design direction, goals and plans tasks for segments of engineering programs.
* Generate and maintain mechanical engineering schedule for own tasks and responsibilities. Determine and implement changes to enhance design or meet functional specifications. Meet cost goals and monitors current cost status.
* Perform stress and tolerance analyses on new or existing designs or concepts to determine theoretical design feasibility.
* Design and conduct experiments using statistical tools and techniques to confirm analyses, to evaluate new or existing designs to conform to product specifications, or resolve problems.
* Develop and present test plans when problems arise, coordinate testing and data acquisition. Interface with program team members, suppliers and customers.

Requirement： * Master/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
* Candidate with PhD degree but without industrial experience will be considered for this senior position.
* Must have an understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes such as injection molding, sheet metal and castings, design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
* Possess a working knowledge of worst-case and statistical tolerance analysis techniques, functional dimensioning and geometric tolerancing.
* Possess a working knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and general mechanical engineering analysis.
* Possess analytical/problem solving skills, data acquisition skills, and ability to use statistical tools and techniques.
* Able to solve difficult problems involving testing, planning and implementation for new parts. Knowledge of design engineering, test processes and factory processes.
* Good MCAD skill; Pro/Engineer preferred and working knowledge of common business applications.
* Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
* Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to operate within a team environment.
* The candidate must be willing to work in ShenZen, China.
