First and/or Second line support of Hardware/Software on Laptops & Desktops
First and/or Second line support of PDA’s and office equipments
Inform and give training to end users
Act as technical support for IT infrastructure in Sandvik China
Job Requirements:
Good knowledge of Windows XP/W2003 and the NT-platform
Good knowledge of IBM system environment
Good knowledge in Network services (LAN & VPN)
Good knowledge of verbal and written in English
Good knowledge of IT Security
Good knowledge of ITIL processes
Good Knowledge of Lotus Notes / Domino
Good knowledge of PDA support
Good knowledge of Project Management
