ZF (China) Investment Company is now looking for:

Indirect Material Buyer/Assistant Intern

Requirements:
·Graduate or Postgraduate student
·Bachelor or Master degree
·Fluent level of English and/or German (spoken and written)
·Analytic and structured thinking and approach of problems
·Careful and accurate working style
·Excellent skills in MS Office and internet applications

Tasks:
- Purchase Orders for ZFCN
- Market studies for indirect material
- Support of and cooperation with IT Service Center for purchasing strategy of IT equipment
- Draft out and negociate frame contract with indirect material suppliers (with internal demands for 1-2 years)
- Admin to China and East Asia Commodity and Sourcing Team (RFQ support, translations, reports, data analysis, …)
- Visitor coordination
- Meeting/conference preparation
- Support projects for Indirect Material
- Meeting minutes upon request
