Job Responsibilities: - Researching and setting up clients base; - Contacting and presenting to clients; - Identifying business potential and taking records; - Serving clients at the event; - Following up with clients post-event and conduct analysis; Conference Producer(female) Specifically, responsibilities include: • Conducting market research on potential conference topics; • Identifying target markets; • Recruiting speakers; • Writing brochures; • Writing marketing briefs and sales copy; • Presenting viable leads to sponsorship sales; • Managing conferences on-site; A variety of backgrounds and professional experiences may be suitable for this entrepreneurial position. We are particularly interested if you have had experience in the conference industry, or publishing, project management, market research, journalism, or experience specific to one or more of the industries that we cover.
