Job Description:To handle enquires/requests from Japanese customers, issue Work Orders and follow up. Provides full scope of Service Centre reception and representative duties, including receiving and transferring telephone calls to concerned departments, apartments, office tenants, check voice mail after office hours. Screening message, calls and visitors for concerned department, checking in apartment tenants and doing residential registration and PSB forms, following up short stay resident’s rental payment, etc.Job Requirements:College degree aboveJapanese essential language proficiencyStrong service
