The Workload Adminstrator(WLA) will be located in the Customer Contact Center (CCC) of LSCA(Life Sciences and Chemical Analysis)in Shanghai. WLA needs to Utilize a thorough knowledge of department/company practices and procedures. provides or coordinates customer services activities.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES listed as below:
1. Coordinates the distribution of service work
-
-Create Customer Service Order( CSO), match profiles of CEs (Customer Engineers) against the skill level requirements , schedule when a CE should go on
-site, agree with the customer, and dispatch the assignment to the CE geographically and by CE skill set to achieve a fair and even distribution of workload.
2. Manages/Completes information needed by CE
-
-All CSOs are screened by the WLA to ensure that all information necessary for a CE to complete the call is available.
3. Manages District Support Coverage
-
- In conjunction with the District Manager, the WLA is responsible for determining the need for additional resources and arranging for those resources.
4.Timely and accurate completion of all administrative functions5 Planning and Organization
- Organizes and prioritizes workload for maximum efficiency in meeting deadlines, goals, and targets.
- Uses time and resources effectively for the benefit of Agilent Technologies.

-Bachelor degree, preferably in a field related to Chemical Analysis, or equivalent combination of education or experience in a customer service Preferred:Operation Experience of Analytical instruments or experience in a customer service related area. Must:
