Mandarin Speaking Resourcing Executives: PwC Sydney and Los Angeles

The growth of our Hong Kong/China practice is a huge success story.
We have nearly 8,000 staff in the region and offices in located in:
Qingdao, Dalian, Beijing, Tianjin, Xian, Suzhou, Shanghai,
Chongquing, Guangzhou,Shenzhen, Macau and Hong Kong. We operate
within three" lines of service":Advisory; Assurance – Audit. and
Systems & Process Assurance, and Tax. In addition, our Internal Firm
Services teams support our Lines of Service.

To further drive our growth, we have been recruiting entry level and
experienced professionals from a wide range of backgrounds. The key
things that they have in common are an excitement about the
opportunity for our firm in China/Hong Kong, a strong skills set,
relevant experience where necessary and fluency in Mandarin.

These talented people have been drawn from all over the world and we
wish to further strengthen our penetration of the recruitment markets
in Australia and the US via the appointment of two key roles to focus
on identifying, attracting and recruiting Mandarin speaking talent.
Whether or not you already have resourcing experience, you will have:

- a University education, probably in a related discipline (Organisational
Development, Training, Commerce, Human Resources, Psychology,
Commerce, etc)
- Strong English and Mandarin communication skills. Cantonese language would also be an advantage.
- Proven project management skills
- The ability to work autonomously with minimal direction, to create impact and build rapport quickly.
- Strong influencing, negotiation and consultative skills with an ability to build strong client relationships at senior levels
- A high level of enthusiasm and energy

These two roles will be based, respectively, in the local PwC offices
in Sydney and Los Angeles, will work alongside peers doing the same
role in London and New York and will report directly to the
China/Hong Kong Resourcing Leaders in Beijing.
