MDM (Multiservice Data Manager) is one the most exciting products within Nortel, which has been widely deployed in MEN, CDMA, GSM/UMTS and Succession. There are thousands of MDM customer base in the world.

Beijing MDM team has took over the full R&D ownership since 2006. Beijing MDM team is the owner of MDM development, MDM release management and system architecture design. In the team, besides MDM design knowledge, you will also have good opportunities to learn more about release management and system architecture design. It will be a good opportunity to develop your career.

Responsibilities:
* Be responsible for Nortel MDM software design, including customer requirment analysis, high level design, detail ail design, coding, design test, integration test, etc.
* Work together with GNPS to address the issues from customer sites;
* Work togehter with Nortel internal teams (MDM PV, OAM Base, CDMA, G/U, WiMax, Succession, MSS, etc) to fix the product defects with MDM.

Required Skills
* Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication, Computer Science, or related area.
* Experience in Java and C++, knowledge of database and OO design.
* Software design experience
* TMN/OAM knowledge
* Good written and spoken command of English (mandatory)
* Strong communication skill
* Good analytical skill
* Fast learner
