Responsibility

1. Understand the Global Accounts organization and behavior to define the commercial strategy towards selected key accounts according to Schneider capability (SECI & global) in the Oil & Gas business
2. Build up the big picture of project and play a role as a Commercial Leader in Schneider China
3. Follow up the Targeted Projects co-ordinating with the SECI various departments (PST, EMV, PDS,IS etc), Plant (SSD,SST, SBG, SDD etc) and Partners in the regions and with international teams (IAM/IPM /IAC/ Oil & Gas Cluster director)
4. Strengthen the relationship and influence the customer./specification
5. Market and Prospect new potential buying customers.
6. Be an active team member of the Schneider world team for Oil & Gas business
7. Provide timely information to the IAM/IPM to fill in & update the SIP (Schneider International Projects) database.
8. Assist in the formulation and implement of action plan.
9. Expand our offer range to existing customers

Requirement

Language:
- Spoken: Mandarin and English
- Written: Chinese & English
Specific Knowledge & skills:
- Knowledge of electrical distribution, automation & monitoring systems,
- Understanding of local & international Oil & Gas industrial market – End user, EPC, Design Institute, OEM, Suppliers….
- Understand Oil & Gas industrial standard, requirements, & practice
- Knowledge of contract law and trade documents
- Proactive & able to work independently
- Good relationship builder & teamwork
Computer Literate: Standards tools MS Words, Excel, power point, web browser, lotus notes,
Other requirements:
- Relationship with local endusers(CNOOC, SINOPEC, CNPC, SINPCHEM etc.) and EPC will have an added advantage
