JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Install PC, laptop, printer
After they register, LS will install it under our instruction. After installation, LS will do some setup and configration with the help of our IT department
*Hardware trouble shooting
When user gets the problem on the hardware (PC, laptop, printer), they will report to our IT department. Our IT department will ask LS to check it. LS will contact to the vendor if it is hardware problem and arrange the fix time. If the service is expired, LS will report to our IT department, they will arrange the replacement.
*PC moving
Plug / unplug / move PCs for training or office moving.
*Ghost PC
Help our IT department to reinstall the system by ghost image under the instruction.
*Keep the software CDs that support from our IT department.
*Keep the LAN cables.
*Keep the key of server room.
*Help our IT department to receive the vendor. For example help telephone vendor to enter the server room to setup the telephone for new comer.
