* Bachelor Degree in HVAC Mechanical or Electrical
* Hands-on experience in cost estimation and project management
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
* Knowledge in Microsoft office/Auto CAD
* Good English skills ( CET-6 )
Job Description
* Assist EBS engineer in acquiring retrofit/turnkey projects
* Design layout and estimate the cost of the project
* Manage the work progress within time and budget constraint
* Responsible to identify sub-contractor to carry out installation
* Responsible for equipment procurement and project cost control
* Certify progress payment of the contracts
* Commission and hand-over the system to the client
