- Data entry and ensure data integrity of shop floor systems and planning tools by creating and maintaining product specific data. Monitor progress of lots throughout the ATM mfg area
- Detail responsibilities:
- Prepare shop floor and several planning tools with product-specific data for new products.
- Coordinates with the manufacturing team and build requester to prepare lot kits and start new lots.
- Takes direction from the SMA and PCP to modifying instructions, routes, naming and/or piece parts for in-process lots based on customer/manufacturing inputs.
- Troubleshoots planning product/lot issues for manufacturing and Planners.
- May participate in process improvement activities with both internal and cross-functional teams.
- Work is performed within generally defined parameters.
- Critical skills for this position include self-motivation, good interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to multi-task with a high degree of flexibility as well as a demonstrated ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
- Detailed Responsibilities for a ATM Production Control Scheduler:
- Disposition hold lots, hot lots, focus lots per manufacturing or SMA direction.
- Attend preOps mtg
- Issue APO’s
- Product Adds, lot tracking
