Administration Executive
Metro Education, a dynamic education provider of internationally recognised professional and vocational qualifications, requires an administration executive to welcome clients to the company, determine the nature of their business and direct them to their destination, in addition to clerical responsibilities.
Job description
Receptionists duties for on telephone and in-person enquiries;
Production of memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents;
Making of future appointments for management staff,
Collection and distribution of mail and messages;
Organisation of office operations and procedures for filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services;
Development of internal management and operational support systems, including databases, mailing lists and spreadsheets.
Skills Requirements
University or College graduate
Excellent communication skills
Energetic and enthusiastic outlook
Professional appearance and bright personality
Customer service experience
Good organisational and time management skills
