1.Take digital and analog photos of school events, facilities, students and teachers for promotion and archive purposes, as directed by the Admissions Office.
2.Take digital video footage of school events, facilities, students and teachers for promotion and archive purposes, as directed by the Admissions Office.
3.Plan and maintain a duty schedule re items 1 and 2.
4.Create and maintain an organized storage system for all photos and video footage.
5.Liaise with the Admissions Office on a regular basis to determine up-to-date needs,
6.Edit photos and video footage when and as required for purposes of creating promotional material.
7.Create promotional material designs i.e. advertisements, leaflets, pamphlets, etc. using graphic design software, with the end result of producing ‘film’ for these projects.
8.Liaise with specified contracted publications (magazines, guides, etc.) in order to supply produced ‘film’, as directed by the Admissions Office.

Other requirements
This position requires very flexible working hours, as many events take place in the evening, throughout the school year.
