Position: Researcher

Main Responsibilities:
Search for information. Adequately known about requirement of the position and relevant industry knowledge.
Design and search for the candidates under the direction of consultant and manager.
Gained the candidates information through call search, and put up telephone interview with candidates.
Follow up with the candidates’ information, prepare for the resume and arrange for the branch interview.
Support consultant to complete the whole recruiting project.


Requirement:
College or Bachelor degree, good English language skills (listening / speaking / reading/ writing).
Having relevant working experience in telemarketing or recruiting is a plus.
Densely interested in HR consulting service.
Good analysis and acuminous observing skills.
Good communication skills and customer service consciousness.
