· Maintain the technical level of a range of existing products.
· Ensure all the product evolution needed to solve quality issues, small adaptation requested by production units and those defined by Pilot R&D on common parts.
· Update and validate product file (BOM, CAD, qualifications)
· Lead all the technical issues according to sourcing program:
· To provide the related technical information to production units.
· Implement all the tests and expertise needed to qualify internaly the sourcing program.
· Take part in technical meetings with suppliers in order to clarify all technical requirements.
· Solve any Quality issue and Customer complaint related to Technical deviances.
· Provide technical support to production units.
· Ensuring good communication and technical level through the different services.
Requirement
· Strong Leadership and autonomy
· Tooling background preferred (sheet metal preferred)
· Very good English skills MANDATORY
· Good presentation and Communication skills
· Knowledge of CAD’s tools : Pro Engineer preferred
· Very organized, rigorous
