Desired experience
Excellent Java/Web programming skill
Extensive knowledge and working experience in J2EE web application development, deep skills on jsp, servlet, html, javascript and css programming
Familiar with Eclipse, CVS, Junit, Ant, etc.
Experience in JSF/Ajax programming is a plus
