- Train sales assistants and promote assistants regularly according to the Training Handbook and procedure
- Assist in Sales Training Supervisor in implementation of related training
- Collect and analyze training needs, coordinate with training suppliers and trainees to make sure training is delivered properly and timely
- Evaluate training feedback for improvement
- Other relevant tasks
Requirements:
- College degree or above
- Above 2-year experience in sales training in a brand company（preferred in Cosmetic
industry）
- Fluency in written and oral English
- Good presentation, organizing and coordination skills
- Self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
- Proactive, open and patient
