About the Postion:

Job Title: Human Capital Advice Service Consultant

Job Major Responsibility:

Under limited guidance of project manager, delivering Human Resource management solutions for the benefits of our clients, it includes:

 To provide data& analysis as and when necessary for project
 To design and develop human resources consulting modules as core team member in accordance with clients’ specifications and project work plan. The modules maybe job design and job description, compensation system design, performance system design, competency and talent development, etc.
 To participate in the business development and build client relationship, such as visiting clients, writing proposals, client communications, etc.

Job Requirements:

 Master Degree with Business Majors ; MBA
 A quick learner, strive to be proactive, timely and responsive
 Strong analytical skill, hard working and able to work with limited supervision
 Fluent oral and written English, CET 6 is a must
 Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
 Related working/project experience is a plus
