Position Name:Customer Support Engineer
Job Requirements: 1. Academic / Professional Qualification: Diploma/ Degree in electronics/electrical engineering or other technical discipline 2. Working Experience: Experience in servicing SMT equipment is preferred. 3. Expertise / Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English. Must have the ability to deal with various levels of customer. Position requires the ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision. 4. Personal Attributes: Teamwork, pro-active, customer focus and result oriented 5.Age / Sex (Optional): N/A 6. Remarks: Willing to travel
Key Responsibilities:
1.Perform installation of Assembleon equipment at customer sites. 2.Provide on-site corrective and preventive maintenance for Assembleon equipment and associated peripheral equipment within assigned customer support territory 3.Preventive maintenance includes corrective repairs of all mechanical and electrical portions of the equipment to component level if necessary 4.Perform modification and preventive maintenance as scheduled by the filed service supervisor 5.Provide after hours standby support which will include the processing of after hours parts order 6.When in office, assist with in house repairs 7.Provide total account management for assigned accounts to include technical, training, and process information 8.Conduct all duties within company policy and the specific guidelines established in applicable quality procedures.
