1. Trainee – Finance (1)
1). Requirement
- Graduates with at least two years working experience;
- Planning/Controlling in an international company ideally in Europe/USA
- Relevant practical experience during studies (Planing/Controlling, Auditing, Accounting)
- Economic studies at Chinese Top University + MBA in Europe/USA
- Or economic studies in Europe/USA
- Languages: German (good skill necessary, be prepared to improve with additional language courses), English appreciated

2. Trainee - Corporate Relations ( 1 )
Requirement for Trainee :
· Graduated from top-tier university/ business school, automotive engineering or media will be a plus
· Self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit
· Good communication wish and skills
· Excellent English and Chinese language skills both orally and in writing, and with German language will be a plus
· Ability to investigate and analyze information and draw conclusions
· Excellent PowerPoint skills will be a plus
· Internship experience in automotive companies or consulting firms would be a plus
3. Trainee - Internal Audit (1)
1). Qualifications:
- Graduate of accounting, finance or other relevant major
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, advantageous command of EXCEL and ACCESS
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions
- Ability to analyze processes and make recommendations for improvements
- Presentation and organizational skills
- Team worker
- Ability to deal with work pressure in a calm and efficient manner
- Willingness to permanent education
- Language Skills in Chinese and English (fluent in speaking and writing), and capability of German will be a plus
2). Job Responsibility:
· Assist managers and seniors in preparing audit programs and perform audit procedures
· Summarize audit findings, prepare and present results of audit work and recommendations to management in form of oral and written communication
· Follow audit findings detected and conduct follow up audits if necessary
· Develop suggestions to improve operational procedures within the audit area
· Prepare working papers and audit reports
· Coordinate and interact with other departments staffs and external auditors and law enforcement agencies, as needed
4. Trainee - IT Department ( 1 )
Requirements to the candidate:
· MBA or master degree in computer science / engineering
· work experience in foreign country or multi national company
· first experiences in project management
· analytical competence for complex systems and processes
· problem solving competence
· customer and service orientation
· IT skills in state-of-art technology (Microsoft, SAP, IBM, Web)
· focus on innovation and technology evaluation
5. Trainee - Production ( 2 )
The qualification is as follows:
· Bachelor major in Engineering / mechanics design
· Excellent Chinese and English or German
· Very good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Auto CAD
· Strong capability in expression, writing and coordination
6. Trainee - Technical Development ( 2 )
The qualification is as follows:
· Bachelor major in Engineering / mechanics design / Logistic
· Excellent in Mandarin, English and/or German
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto CAD and/or other Auto design related software
· Being Passionate and self-motivated
· Excellent in communication and coordination
· Reliable team player
7. Trainee – Human Resource ( 1 )
1). Candidate Requirement:
· Top university fresh graduate
· Specialized in HR, International Business, or Economics
· Strong communication skills
· Excellent both in English and Chinese oral & written skills
· Team player, quick to learn
· Self-motivated
· Solid internship experience, with good undergraduate background
· Working in planning, organizing some campus events/or activities would be a plus
· Good MS office operations, especially PowerPoint & Excel skills
2). Job Responsibilities:
8226; Implement worldwide program in China for different target audience, including write invitation letter, confirm training venue, prepare participant handbook, provide logistic support, etc.
8226; Design, plan & organize local development program as the supplementary
8226; Cooperate with qualified training supplier/consultancies to provide on demand training programs based on internal customers’ development needs
8226; Plan, organize & track training programs’ effectiveness
8226; Assist training suppliers on the program management internally
8226; tracking participants learning effectiveness
8226; Regularly report to the management team about the training progress
8226; Provide other internal education related seminar or activity support
8. Trainee - VGC Marketing & Sales ( 2 )
8226; MBA degree with high performance
8226; 3+ years work experience in automotive industry or 5+ years MNC experience if non-automotive
8226; Working / internship experience in strategic/ management consulting firms would be a plus
8226; Fluent English both speaking and writing
8226; Strong marketing & sales background, automotive, serving automotive or consumer products
8226; Strong analytical and inter personal communication skills as wells as presentation skills
8226; Very good common business sense and smart
8226; Ability to deal with work pressure in a calm and efficient manner
9. Trainee – Strategy & Corporate Development ( 1 )
1). Detailed Requirements :
- MBA in top-tier business school, with good undergraduate background preferred
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent English and Chinese language skills
- Good MS office operation, especially PowerPoint skills
- Good communication skills
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit
- Solid working or internship experience
- Working / internship experience in automotive companies or consulting firms would be a plus
2). Responsibilities of the Division:
8226; Develop mid/long-term corporate strategy, including vision & mission, development objectives and overall framework
8226; Develop corporate branding strategy, including working principle, overall positioning, brand value system, etc.
8226; Design strategy guideline and execution time schedule
8226; Participate in detailed business/function strategy development and provide on-site working support
8226; Study and develop proper management model and organization framework in line with mid/long-term corporate strategy
8226; Provide foresighted suggestions/proposals on strategic topics for corporate high management
10. Trainee – Purchasing (2)
8226; University / Master student or graduate with major in engineering or related majors are required (Automotive Engineering is a plus)
8226; Overseas studying/working experience will be a strong plus
8226; Working experience in the automotive industry 1-3 years
8226; Experience in Purchasing and/or Project Management is a plus
8226; Strong language skills of German and Chinese and/or English
8226; Team player with motivated positive attitude.
8226; Eager to take responsibilities for company
8226; Strong communication skills in multinational international environment.
8226; Target oriented work attitude with willingness to learn and taking responsibility
8226; IT-Know how: Fluent in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.) Microsoft Access knowledge is preferred.

· Mechanical engineering, with good undergraduate background preferred
