In China, the Big Four Banks and some biggest steel and automobile factories are the clients.Job DescriptionWe have one vacancy for DB2 for z/OS level 2 world wide support. This job is to provide the technical support most important customers in the world. We level 2 stay behind the level 1 supporters (the local technical supporter in the country), resolve those problems they can not fix and those real bugs of the product. Our typical working scenario is the analyze the DUMP, Trace and other messages, checking the source code and find out the root cause.What we can provide:
