- As the most senior executive in the country, the Country Manager is responsible for determining the strategic vision for the local organisation and for the management of the local country team.

-range objectives and setting of the adequate product sales and marketing plans for future developments.
- Allocation of resources
- human, financial, legal, technical, etc.
-to achieve the balance between short and long
-term profits,
- Representation of the Company and its values in its relationships with major customers, suppliers and competitors.
- Responsibility for P&L, marketing plan, product plans, technology, legal, PR, personnel and so on,
- Coordinating the above related issues with HQ policies in each matter and getting their approval for them.
- Execution of the above functions in accordance with the general policies of the Company.Employees Qualifications
·University degree (MBA preferable).
·The candidate should come from strong background of Mobile Value Added Service and good business connections with Telecom operators in China;
·Driver and self
-motivator, Independent, Analytical, Proactive and outgoing, Business negotiation skills, Communication skills, Stress management (able to work under stressful conditions), Adaptable to changing environment,
·Team work driver, Leadership skills, Priority management skills
·People management: capable of manage a team of fifteen people with strong growth potential: understanding of the need on how to motivate said team.
·Previous work in a multinational company is considered a strong requirement
·Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with team members in other countries.
·Capability to reach targets under pressure
·Country Manager is verbally and visually talented and writes and speaks fluent Mandarin and English
