Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree major in food science and technology
2.Good command of English both written and oral
3.Be familiar with MS office soft wareJob Description:
1.Develop recipes and prepare pilot plant samples according to the marketing briefs.
2.Perform basic analytical tests (heat shock test, drip test, tasting…) to insure and improve the quality of the products in development
3.Organize and lead new product industrial trials in liaison with production, engineering and purchasing
4.Support production (trouble shooting) to improve the quality of our products and the efficiency of the lines ( continuous improvement)
5.Organize the activities in the pilot plant (daily/weekly program, maintenance and hygiene)
6.Document and manage the recipe database for the whole factory
7.Liaise and coordinate with all the involved departments (marketing, production, manufacturing, packaging, F&C, purchasing, QA, planning) to guarantee the new product launch schedules
