Run usability tests, analyze and provide design suggestions of software products
User experience and GUI design of function rich software products, specialize in productvity tools(Word Processing/Spreadsheet/Presentation)
Visual design of elements in software products
Provide design specification and related documentaions
Work with developers, testers, customers and other parties from design perspective
Work with architects, management team, and other parties on product roadmap and strategy from design perspective
Desired experience
Strong, clean visual design skills
Proficient in design tools: Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator/Macromedia Flash etc.
Knowledge and experience in User Centered Design(UCD)
Experiences in user experience and GUI design for productvity tools(Word Processing/Spreadsheet/Presentation) is a strong plus
Knowledge and experience in software development and software development process is a plus
