Key responsibilities The Research Associate is responsible for learning the following elements in order to develop as a member of Client Service: • acting as liaison between the Client and MB on project-related issues with supervision, ensuring that their needs are being met • day to day involvement with projects for his/her clients, including o drafting proposals, o questionnaire design, o liaison with Project Management o data analysis o interpretation and development of recommendations o preparation of presentations of findings, liaison with CSS • attending presentations with senior account team members. • Gaining an understanding of individual job costs and monitoring job costs throughout a project, under supervision • completing necessary database forms • ensuring that they adhere to all procedures and policies in their team or office • providing support to senior team members as required |
