Responsibility:
l Arrange interviews for IT department to select candidate with different level of technical ability;
l Maintain connection with internal departments especially HR to smoothen the interview processes;
l Provide ranking and filtering for candidate over phone interview;
l Prepare onboard facilities for new hires;
l Prepare monthly newsletters regarding the recruitment status;
l Organize morale activities and events/trainings for IT department.
Requirement:
l Be able to work on plenty of details in an organized manner;
l Be able to do multi-tasking in a rapidly changing environment;
l Be able to communicate in English fluently (writing and speaking);
l HR experience or qualification is a big plus;
l IT technical background (SQL, Windows, IIS, Visual Studio) is preferred but not a must.
We would probably like to have the intern for about 3~5 months. Ideally the intern should be able to work at least 4 days of a week, or full time 5 days a week.
If his or her English is really good, we can consider 3 days a week.
We hope the person can be onboard within 1 or 2 weeks.
