Major Responsibilities:
• Make purchasing order to vendor in system, make sure the data correcti
on
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree (welcome university graduates)
• Quick learning and detail orientation
• Good communication and coordination skill
• Open-minded, self-motivated, committed
• Excellent English
2) Accounting Assistant
Major Responsibilities:
• Print vouchers and account book from system and file for documentation
(Welcome university graduate)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree, finance relevant
• Quick learning and detail orientation
• Open-minded, self-motivated and sensitive to details
• Excellent English
• Good computer skill
3) Intern-Sales Planning
Major Responsibilities:
• Collect customer information from Business Units and Inside Sales Team
• Build up customer profiles based on existing information and further c
ustomer survey
• Analyze sales data and generate routine reports
• Follow up promotion program’s status
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree
• Quick learning and strong analytical thinking
• Good communication and coordination skill
• Open-minded, self-motivated and sensitive to details
• Excellent English
• Good computer skill
