4.Proven experience in performance optimization of embedded software, e.g ., DSP, SSE or other hardware platform

7.Applicant with good experience will be considered for senior position. Job Description:
1.Get involved in video codec processor development loop.
2.Design and implement hardware oriented video codec algorithms for advanced video coding standards
3.Evaluate and improve algorithms to balance between complexity and performance
4.Participate in performance optimization in different levels including algorithm level, code level and target hardware platform level
5.Conduct simulations to justify/improve hardware architecture design and optimize performance
