Our company is Web 2.0 high-tech company, invested by Silicon Valley venture capitals and founded by a few Ph.Ds who studied in USA.

Common requirements for all jobs:
• Honest and outgoing
• CET-6 or above, be able to read English web sites and papers quickly; be able to communicate using English verbally
• Responsible, team-playing, motivated and able to work independently
• Bachelor degree; prefer Master or Ph.D; exceptional skills may be substituted
• Fast typist
• Willing to work in Beijing

Senior Web Site Designer (Job 1):
• Strong sense of web site design aesthetics
• 3+ years of web site design experience; must present portfolio
• Familiar with HTML, XML, CSS, etc.
• Familiar with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems

Senior Web Site Programmers (Job 2):
• 3+ years web site programming experience
• Familiar with Javascript, Php, HTML, XML, CSS, etc.
• Familiar with mySql or PostgreSQL databases
• Familiar with Unix/Linux, Windows

Senior Windows Programmers (Job 3):
• 3+ years programming experience in Windows
• Familiar with Visual Studio or similar development environment
• Familiar with C++ or C#
• Familiar with GUI design

Senior Network Programmers (Job 4):
• 3+ years experience in network programming
• Familiar with IP protocols such as SIP, TCP/IP, RTP
• Familiar with Peer to Peer (P-2-P) concept; video, audio transports
• Familiar with audio or video codecs
• Familiar with C, C++ or C#
• Familiar with Unix/Linux, Windows
