1.Understand test process, familiar with STP, ATP, and STR
2.Familiar with IM, Messaging products or especially IMPS protocol is a plus
3.Strong capability of trouble shooting
4.Familiar with network traffic testing and tools (such as Wire Shock, aka Ethereal)
5.Have experience on automation testing is a plus
6.Fluent English is a MUST
