Position Objective:工作职责
To provide each customer with friendly and efficient customer service. As well as to carry out accurate cash handling procedures.
提供每一位顾客友好和效率的服务,并对现金执行准确的操作程序。
Key Activities: 主要工作任务
• To carry out friendly and efficient customer service at all times, ensuring the HDS Retail China standard for customer service is implemented
总是能提供友好的高效服务,保证HDS中国的理念能有效执行
• To handle any customer complaints according to HDS Retail China policy
根据HDS中国的公司政策处理顾客的投诉
• To have a complete understanding of the HDS Retail China Rules and Procedures and Policies and to abide by these rules at all times
完全理解HDS中国规章制度和程序(员工手册)的内容并在所有时间被执行
• Carry out accurate cash register operations at all times
对每笔现金交易进行准确的登记
• Record and report non-scan items according to HDS Retail China Policy
根据HDS中国的政策对未经扫描的商品进行登记并上报
• Ensure you have a complete understanding of all product
确保掌握所有商品的详细信息
• Price stock as required
如有需要需对库存进行调价标示
• Maintain a high merchandising standard

• Maintain high stock levels of all product, ensuring all shelves are filled and restocked regularly
确保所有商品有足够的库存,以及货架上商品的补充和更换。
• Ensure store cleanliness at all times e.g. dusting, vacuumed and swept on a daily basis
确保商店的整洁,比如每天的打扫工作。
• Ensure the shop is well maintained and kept clean at all times, particularly at change of shifts or close of store

• Carry out manual handling and lifting duties as required, ensuring the correct lifting procedures are adhered to e.g. bend knees, access load and break down load if necessary

• Ensure a complete understanding of the HDS Retail China OH&S Policy and Consultation Statement, and to assist in providing a clean and safe environment

• Advise of any injury to the supervisor or manager immediately and to complete an incident report form
向主管或经理及时报告在店内发生的伤害情况,并填写突发事件报告表格。
• Report sickness to appropriate person at earliest convenience
尽早向有关人员报告员工疾病情况。
• Ensure to sign on and off the timesheet at the commencement and completion of shifts
确保在下班时每个员工在考勤表上签字
• Ensure to read and keep up to date on any company notices/memos or procedural changes
阅读并及时更新公司通知,或程序上的更改。
• Ensure use of the day book to feed information to team
使用日记本来向员工传达信息。
• Loss Prevention – Reduce the Risk
预防损失及降低损失
o Keep all customers under observation, ensure as many customers as possible are acknowledged
保持所有客人都在视线范围内,关注可能愈来愈多的客人
o Ensure shop surveillance is carried out regularly

o Keep high priced items in well supervised areas
保证高价位的商品在良好的监管范围内
o Be aware and ensure staff are aware of blind spots in the store

o Be alert and ensure staff watch for suspicious customers

• Report loss prevention issues to Store Manager, or Operations Mgr and complete incident report form
向商店经理或营运经理报告损失,并填写突发事件报告
• Maintain high dress standards – ensure all staff are wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times

• Any other duties as required or as directed

Hours of work 工作时间:
• The store’s opening times may be between the hours of 6.00am and 11.00pm (approximately), however, these hours may change from time to time. You will be required to be available to work shifts during these hours of operation, both opening and closing as required

• It is expected that you work weekends, public holidays and vacation periods as required.
