职位描述/要求: Internship
-Secretary Main Tasks of the Position
1. Perform standard office tasks including scheduling appointments and business trips; greeting and screening visitors, telephone calls; checking and distributing documents etc.
2. Establish and maintain filing system to ensure the complete and accurate documentation.
3. Cooperate with Administration Department to plan and organize hotel accommodation, ticket booking.
4. Assist in preparing proposals, reports, data, charts and all information or presentation materials for meetings. Take notes or minutes in some meetings, seminars as required. Interpretation if possible
5. Handle other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Requirements
1.University student better sophomore or junior preferred;
2.Better understanding the insurance brokerage industry is preferred
3.Good command of English
4.Good Team spirit
5.Good computer skills
6.Good communication skills and interpersonal skills for external and internal contacts
7.Committed
