Briefing on ICS Department

The ICS department belongs to the holding company Bayer (China) Ltd. and has the task to set up an Internal Control System (ICS) on the basis of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

In this growing department, ICS Assistant has great opportunities, including early responsibility, exposure to different business functions, and experience in a dynamic and multinational team.  The intern may be involved in the following activities, such as process documentation, risk analysis, process reengineering, implementation of e-tools, control definition/implementation, and guideline development & management. 

Your Tasks:

·Development and improvement of internal procedures 

·Graphical illustration of procedures within Bayer China Group with a workflow software (iGrafx)

·Permanent communication, preparation, and reviews of procedures with relevant departments in Finance and Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Development, Supply Chain Management, etc. 

·Assistance in daily business

Our Requirements:

·Students of Business and Economics or similar fields of study

·Very good written and spoken English

·Very good knowledge of MS-Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 

·Team player, proactive, flexible, communicative, able to solve  problems in structured way

·Previous intern experience is a plus

·Period: At least 5 months
