职位描述/要求： Main Responsibility:
1.Well done the financial monthly report
2.Be responsible to check & collect of customer’s payment on time
3.Good control of cash flow
4.Support daily whole deparment administrative operations,responsible for smooth running of the department
5.Excutive personal assistant (schedule, visa, appointment,filing)
6.To sort out, update and filing
-up the clients information regularly, and assist to establish the database;Requirement:
1.Have experience as business assistant to managers , or a casher, shipping or industry background is preferred;
2.Flexibility and fast learner;
3.Be good at office microsoft operation;
4.Work with initiative, careful and responsible;
5.Good written English fluency;
6.Having team spirit.
