• Conduct primary and secondary research to develop or design PixieAdventures programs
• Precise understanding requirements of clients and providing customizing travel solutions
• Execute operations of a travel program
• Travel on PixieAdventures programs and assist in program execution
• Lead trips of PixieAdventures programs
Requirements :
• Passionate about China culture and/or China Geography
• Undergraduate degree of English major or relative major from a top tier university. Excellent spoken and written English writing skills (Level 6 or above)
• Good command of computer skills (Microsoft office skills, Photoshop, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with and coordinate different functional units(eg, different culture local suppliers, colleagues in different teams and cross-culture clients) cross-cultural environment
• Well organized working style, accountable, and customer oriented
• Track record of leadership in school activities or previous internships / positions
