1.Support KAM for technical questions especially during customer visits
2.Find technical solutions for customers’ problems;
3.Support the offer process in technical questions
4.Dealing with TGM1 customers on the phone, having mail correspondence, consult them technically, etc;
5.Supply sales colleagues with latest technical product knowledge from HBL technical department or headquarters
6.Supply sales with important product documents like ECE, SAE, CCC certificates
7.Give technical trainings to customers when necessary, As well as other tasks belonging to this position.
Qualification:
1. Male, more than one year relevant experience;
2. Technical background and electronic education and business administration;
3. Fluent English or German using ability.
