1. Propagate the company’s image and services to the south China area potential customers
2. Introducing new products / services to new customers such as for TUV Product Service, TUV Management Service and BABT
3. Planning and preparing pre-sales activities, including new business strategies and provide support for Marketing in the Southern China area
4. Initial contact with customers and providing support for their inquiry to be able to offer a quotation
5. Cooperate with the project leader to provide the customer the best possible technical support
6 Preparation of quotation, confirm with project leader and forward to Assistant for typing, faxing and registration
7. Act as customer service offering the client after sales service and provide follow-up
8. Make marker research, record and feedback information from clients
9. Prepare client visit reports for weekly and monthly statistics of sales results
10. Communicate and co-operate with other branch Business unit sales staff for best service to the customer
