1, Deep understanding of automation system development and up-to-date computing technology
2, Experienced programming skills in C++, Java, and .Net and good understanding of embedded system programming
3, Familiar with or knowledge of one or more of following technologies: grid computing, cluster computing, plug & play, MPI (Message Passing Interface), data blade computing, bit-slice processor, pier-to-pier communication
4, Rich experience in distributed operating system is preferred
5, Experience in embedded automation system design is a plus
6, Fast mock-up capability
