This job is open for people who are lookingto develop themselves for the long-run.
If you join us, you will be trained with the best management practicesfrom the US, Europe, and China.You will be meticulous about getting every detail right, delivering what wecall "completed staff work".
You will improve your English language skills and cultural understandingby working side-by-side with talented foreign employees. Moreover, you aregoing to gain a deep understanding about how major global corporations makedecisions because you will put together the presentations and documents thatare used to turn ideas into action.

Experienced Intern Associates may progressonto the position of full-time Associate and later Project Manager.

Responsibilities
In a fast-growing and dynamic company likeSmithStreetSolutions you will have the opportunity to define a role that suitsyour talents and interests. Initially, we see your responsibilities along anumber of broad areas:
- Deliver high quality client work e.g.PowerPoint presentations, translated documents, etc.
- Conduct basic research and analysis forconsulting projects
- Serve as a campus liaison during theschool year for SmithStreetSolutions for recruiting talent
- Contribute to the growth and operationaldevelopment of the firm

Requirements
The most important thing that we arelooking for in our employees is attitude and outlook.
We are looking for people who want to developthe firm, and grow their own skills and career.
However, other things being equal, certain qualifications are desired:
- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degreecandidate from a top university in Shanghai(proximity to our office in Yangpu is an advantage)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Mastery of additional languages is a hugeplus
- Good abilities in MS PowerPoint, Word,and Excel
- Additional software skills are a plusincluding MS Access, Photoshop, SAS, etc.
