Location: Beijing
Responsibilities:
- To provide SAP system support in the inputting of International and Regional Staff PDS forms
- To understand the SAP HR module well
- To be able to speak English and liaise with other markets HR departments on career history of International Regional Staff information as needed
- To monitor data accuracy and quality
Requirements:
- University education
- Knowledge on SAP HR module, especially in PA is required
- Hands on working experience with SAP HR module
- Working experience in other HR function is preferred
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Good command of MS office applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong interest in HRIS
- Pay attention to details, careful, ethical result-oriented, analytical, patient
- Ability to deductively interrelate different levels of data to decide whether something is correct or not.
- Without doing the job only by route or memory. Fast learner, with the ability to work on their own
- Have a good sense of Project Management and commitment to deadlines whatever it takes
