Tasks
1. Be responsible for TD-SCDMA NodeB L2 software development, including requirement analysis, subsystem/algorithm design, implementation and verification
2. Be responsible for TD-SCDMA NodeB L2 software maintenance
Experience
1. Strong experience on DSP SW programming
2. SW developing experience on MAC layer or frame protocol is plus
3. Deep understanding in MAC layer of at least one wireless communication system.
4. Experience of SW development and development process know-how is plus
5. Good know-how of 3GPP standard: TD-SCDMA, WCDMA or CDMA2000 is a plus.
