Goals/Mission
1. Administer/maintain the PC servers:
· AD/Domain Controller (Beijing)
· AD/Domain Controller (Shanghai) 1/2
· Email Server (Beijing)
· Email Server (Shanghai) 1/2
· Mail Relay Server (Beijing)
· Proxy Server
· RSA ACE Server
· Backup server and tape library
· File Server (Beijing)
· File Server (Shanghai) 1/2
· Intranet Web Server/Sharepoint Portal
· SMS/AntiVirus Server (Beijing)
· Server room administration, chief responsible.
2. End user support: Tier 2 support on hardware and all common software including Win2000/XP, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Outlook, Acrobat Reader/Writer, Powerword, IE, Norton AntiVirus, PCAnywhere, Winzip, Project, Remote Access, FrontPage and Notes.
3. Project coordination for cross organization project.
4. Manage the IT assets including computers, peripherals, IT consumables, and software license.
