Conference Producers are at the forefront of the company and specialise in business research and project management. You will research and put together the intellectual content of conference programmes at the cutting edge of business strategy. You will be responsible for structuring the conference agenda as a result of live research with senior managers from a cross section of companies, selecting and inviting high level speakers, copy writing, designing the conference brochure and ensuring profitability of entire projects - from the initial idea to the smooth running of the event
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above; ideally in English, Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing etc.
Extremely fluent in both English and Chinese;
Significant commercial experience and business sense;
A superb communicator, confident on the telephone and with excellent written skills;
A highly motivated self-starter with proven research skills and an ability to completer projects to tight deadlines;
A team-worker, flexible, imaginative and open to new ideas;
This position reports to Senior Conference producer
Fresh graduates will be considered.
